HR Coils
Hot rolled coils for processing, slitting and production requirements. MRP Enterprises supplies hot rolled coils to processors, tube and pipe manufacturers, OEMs and fabricators who consume material in coil form. Coils are quoted against grade, thickness, width, coil weight, surface condition and producer preference.

What to specify for HR coils
- Grade and standard
- Thickness and width — full mill width, or the slit width you consume
- Coil ID (inner diameter) and maximum coil weight your decoiler and crane can handle
- Surface — as-rolled or pickled & oiled
- Edge — mill edge or trimmed
- Monthly or per-order quantity, if the requirement is recurring
- Producer preference and delivery location

Full-width coil or slit coil
Tube mills, roll-formers and press lines usually consume slit coil in a fixed strip width. If your process runs on a strip width, state it along with the tolerance you need. For recurring consumption, share the monthly volume and width mix; that determines how the material is best sourced and scheduled.
Recurring requirements
Coil buyers rarely buy once. If your plant consumes HR coil every month, send the monthly quantity by grade, thickness and width. A consolidated requirement is easier to plan and quote than a series of one-off enquiries.
Grades & standards
Standard numbers define the product and grade; they do not by themselves certify a supply. State the edition and certificate requirement on your purchase order.

HRC is the trade abbreviation for hot rolled coil. It is the same material as HR sheet, supplied in coil form rather than cut to length.
Can you supply slit HR coils?
Share the slit width, thickness, grade and quantity. Slit coil requirements are quoted against the width and the processing required.
What coil weight will be supplied?
State the maximum coil weight and coil ID your line can handle. Coil weights vary by producer and width, so the constraint should be in the enquiry.
