GL Coils
Aluminium-zinc coated coils for roll-forming and roofing lines. MRP Enterprises supplies galvalume coils to roofing roll-formers, profile manufacturers and processors. Coils are quoted against AZ coating mass, substrate grade, thickness, width, coil parameters and producer preference.

Roofing roll-forming
For trapezoidal and corrugated roofing, the coil width determines the finished cover width of the profile. State the coil width your roll-former is set up for, the base metal thickness, and the substrate grade.

What is G550?
A common way of writing a high-strength substrate with 550 MPa minimum yield strength, used for roll-formed roofing. It is less suitable for tight bending than forming grades.
