CR Coils
Cold rolled coils for press lines, slitting and production. MRP Enterprises supplies cold rolled coils — CRCA and full hard — to OEMs, processors, press shops and tube manufacturers. Coils are quoted against IS 513 grade, thickness, width, coil ID, coil weight, surface and producer preference.

Recurring production supply
Press shops and tube makers consuming CR coil every month should share the monthly requirement by grade, thickness and width. It allows the requirement to be planned rather than bought spot.
Primary or re-rolled CR
Primary CR comes from integrated producers' own cold-rolling and annealing lines; re-rolled CR comes from secondary re-rollers that cold roll purchased HR coil. Both can meet IS 513. Primary CR is the usual choice for visible panels, deep-drawn parts and customer-approved sources; re-rolled CR for general fabrication, tube making and narrow strip where it meets the specification. State your requirement — it changes the source and the price.

CR Coils — common questions
What is the difference between primary and re-rolled CR?
Primary CR is cold rolled by integrated producers from their own HR coil; re-rolled CR is cold rolled by secondary re-rollers from purchased HR coil, often in narrower widths. Both are supplied to IS 513 — state which your application or customer requires.
What is full-hard CR coil?
Cold rolled coil that has not been annealed after rolling. It is hard and has limited formability, and is typically used as a coating substrate or where hardness is needed.
Can you supply slit CR coils?
State the slit width, thickness, grade and quantity, and the requirement will be quoted accordingly.
